Why I Like It:
I love food just as much as the next person. I love Korean food more than any other cultures food. My reason is based on a Korean food called Kimchi. Kimchi, also spelled kimchee or gimchi, is a traditional fermented Korean side dish made of vegetables with a variety of seasonings. It is often described as spicy and sour. The reason I love Kimchi is because there are different types of Kimchi. They go great with variety of Korean foods like rice’s or noodles and etc. You can make cucumber kimchi or radish kimchi and many more. You can make your kimchi spicy, sweet, sour, salty, or all the above. There is just so much you can do with kimchi. Kimchi is a great food and is fun to eat but it also fun to cook. Kimchi does take a long time to cook. Like any Korean food or any type of food in general you have to be patient.

A Little History on Kimchi:
The development of kimchi is reportedly rooted in the agrarian culture that began before the era of the Three Kingdoms on the Korean Peninsula. Due to the cold Korean winter, they had to come up with the storage technology for vegetables as a means of securing food.
